Customers Privacy Policy

1. We respect your privacy and want to protect your personal information.
2. Customers information such as billing information, account information, username, contact numbers & mailing address will be secured and usable for one-time order process.
3. We store customers "Name", "Contact Number", "Mail Address" to provide our customers Bill / Invoice and keep sells report and all of those only to provide Warranty / Guarantee to our customers.
4. We never store customers confidential information.
5. We never share our customers information to 3rd parties.

Payment Policy

1. We accept all payments and transactions made by customers against specific products.
2. We never ask for payments and automatic deductions from customers.
3. Customers can pay for any type of physical product through the cash on delivery system.
4. We never store payment information.

Warranty / Guarantee Policy

1. In case of any product warranty, guarantee or free service support, the Bill/Invoice must be included.
2. If the warranty, guarantee, or term of the product sold expires, the customer will be required to pay a service charge or renewal charge.
3. In the case of gadget accessories, there will be no warranty or guarantee in case of physical damage by the customer to the product sold.
4. The specific warranty and guarantee period will be announced on each product detail page.
5. If any digital products expired before the expiry date customers will get replacement for this products. In some cases if the replacement not possible, customer bill get the discount for his / her next order.

Delivery Policy

1. All types of physical goods will be delivered via courier.
